Following last year's release of Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath in HD on PSN, the folks over at Oddworld Inhabitants have announced a date for the Vita version. The remake, which added upgraded visuals, remastered dialogue, trophies and bonus content to the Xbox original, was expected on the handheld in June. After a slight delay, the new date has been revealed as December 18, 2012 in North America, which European dates to be announced after SCEE approval.
The price remains unconfirmed, and there will reportedly be no cross play features with the PlayStation 3. As for Munch's Oddysee, which was previously expected on November 30, the PS3 version was just recently approved, however, there has been no word for Xbox 360.
