Rovio's Angry Birds Star Wars has been a bona fide hit among fans from both separate camps. It proves that, if one actually applies a bit of effort and ingenuity towards cashing in on a license, the end result can be surprisingly decent.
And tomorrow's update is sure to warm the hearts of even the most jaded Star Wars fan, thanks to what has become of the franchise, thanks largely to the man who created the whole thing (hence why their reaction was mostly "eh, who cares" when hearing of it being sold to Disney):
As the video above shows, the free update adds levels from the ice planet Hoth, from the Empire Strikes Back, without question the most beloved of all the Star Wars movies.
The update arrives in all respective app stores tomorrow.
