Capcom has confirmed with GameSpot that they are planning no localization for their recently announced title, Monster Hunter XX.
The new title is a ported version of the Nintendo 3DS version, in which players will be able to play the critically acclaimed RPG on the Switch with improved graphics and new features. However, it seems that Western users won’t be getting their hands on an English version anytime soon.
Players will still be able to import a Japanese copy and play it on their Switch thanks to the consoles region-free functionality, but that just won’t be the same for some people. Monster Hunter XX will be launching in Japan on August 25 for the Switch.
