The 1 Year Anniversary event for Overwatch went live today and will run from May 23rd until June 12. As with any Overwatch event there are lots of new unlocks including skins, emotes and sprays. There are also new golden versions of some of the games more popular player icons.
All of these unlocks can be found inside 1 year anniversary loot boxes which can be purchased or earned through the leveling system. Anyone who logs in during the event will get one free loot box.
In addition to the new unlocks Blizzard has added three new Arena maps to the Arcade for the 1v1 and 3v3 elimination modes. Can you believe it has already been 1 year since Overwatch was released?
