Nothing makes you feel more like a manly man in a Call of Duty game than seeing a medal pop up at the top of the screen to inform you about what a badass you are, and how!
Following the tradition of the previous Call of Duty games, Black Ops 2 is set to offer medals that show up when you kill multiple enemies in a row, attain kill streaks (as opposed to scorestreaks), and perform specialty kills using one of the game’s diverse range of weapons.
Each of the medals you earn will provide you with experience points towards your next level, but you shouldn’t stress yourself out if you don’t manage to earn any, as you’ll pick up these medals simply as you play the game. After all, the game wouldn’t be as addicting as it is if it didn’t give you a rush of manly-man feelings (also known as dopamine) every so often.
Here’s every medal you can earn in Black Ops 2, divided into different categories. The list was put together by secondhands on reddit. Keep in mind that some of the details are missing. We’ll fill them in as the info becomes available.
