Bethesda Announces PC Requirements and PS4, Xbox One Pre-Load Times; New Demo Trailer Released

Can your PC run Prey?

Today Bethesda has announced both the minimum and recommended specs on PC for Arkane Studios upcoming sci-fi shooter Prey. In addition, they also released the pre-load times for PS4 and Xbox One.

But before we dive into those, let’s take a look at the brand new trailer, which focuses on the recently released demo. As promised by Bethesda, the demo will allow players to play through the first hour of the game letting them decide if the game warrants a purchase or not.

Prey Minimum Requirements
• CPU: Intel i5-2400, AMD FX-8320
• GPU: GTX 660 2GB, AMD Radeon 7850 2GB
• Memory: 8 GB

Prey Recommended Specs
• CPU: Intel i7-2600K, AMD FX-8350
• GPU: GTX 970 4GB, AMD R9 290 4GB
• Memory: 16 GB

Prey Pre-Load Times

PlayStation 4
• Europe: Midnight by territory on April 29
• America: Midnight EST on April 28

Xbox One
• Midnight EST on April 27

PC
• May 3

Bethesda recently released a new Prey trailer, showcasing the Space Station Talos I. Players will have to get accustomed to the Space Station if they wish to survive the massive Alien intrusion. In addition, some of the key developers talked about the design and approach they went with when creating and building the Talos I. You check out the trailer right here.

Prey will be available on May 5, 2017, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
