Hey, remember PlayStation Move? Those ice cream shaped controllers that were supposed to be Sony's horse in this whole "motion controller" race? Well, you might have to dust it off…if you're a fan of Portal 2, that is.
Shown at E3 back in June, Sixense will be launching a PlayStation Move DLC titled "Portal 2 In Motion" this month. Sixense believes this will be the "defining experience" for PlayStation Move.
Here's the expansion's debut trailer.
Not only is Portal 2 getting a PS Move exclusive DLC, the game itself will receive a free patch that will allow the entire game (both single-player and co-op) to implement the controller. Sixense is timing the release of this patch and DLC with Portal 2's digital release on the PSN, which will come at a 30 percent discount for PS+ members.
What about the DLC itself? Portal 2 In Motion will be out on November 6 for $9.99 on PSN. PlayStation Plus members will be treated to a 30 percent discount of the DLC as a "special launch" promo by Sixense.
Anyone excited to be able to use the PS Move on Portal 2? More importantly, will it work as well as a regular Dualshock controller?
