The massive multiplayer open world title Elder Scrolls Online will be free this week starting from April 11 to 18 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
The free trial will give players unlimited access to the game. Explore the open world of Tamriel, start the main quest and tackle some side quests with your created character. In addition, the free trial will give players 500 gold crowns for free!
Welcome to One Tamriel, where you can adventure without limits, now available in Update 12. One Tamriel allows you to play anywhere, with anyone, at any time by scaling your character to the level of the content in every almost zone of the game. That means you can play with your friends regardless of their level or alliance. And best of all, this update is completely free to all ESO players!
The trial is set to go live starting tomorrow at 7 a.m. PT/10 a.m. ET/3 p.m. Any progress made during the free trial will transfer over if you do decide to purchase the game which will be discounted this week as well.
Elder Scrolls Online is also set to receive a new DLC add-on via the Morrowind expansion. The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind expansion will launch on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One starting June 6th, but until then you can check out the recently released trailer right here!
