In order to see it, you need to highlight, copy and paste the taste into Notepad. In between the paragraphs, there are chunks of hidden text that I'm sure Halo fans will appreciate.
If you don't want to go to all that trouble, Reddit user Unyshek copied the message and made an image out of it. So if you want to read it, just proceed below.

Not a bad move by 343. Spices the game's marketing up a notch instead of the usual trailers or screenshots, no? I do admit, Halo 4 is in for a tough fight as its November 6 release date is but a week away from the Call of Duty sales juggernaut.
