It seems Ubisoft's big game for the year — Assassin's Creed 3 — is the latest significant game leaked on torrent sites. For obvious reasons, we're not going to link the said leaks, but as it stands now, the Xbox 360 version of Assassin's Creed 3 comes in at 15.7GB and is the full game.
Of course, this isn't really surprising news as Halo 4 got leaked a few weeks ago, and way ahead of its November 6 release date. While Microsoft has been quick to stomp out spoilers and illegitimate content across various video-sharing sites (namely, YouTube), some people just can't be stopped in spoiling the game for fans everywhere.
I gather this will be the same case for Assassin's Creed 3. So in saying that, I'd advice people to be cautious in reading anything or watching unofficial footage in YouTube or in forums. Based on experience, it's very, very annoying reading a game's ending/twist in an unrelated forum by some asshat who thinks doing those things are cool.
If you're a fan of Assassin's Creed 3, I implore you to wait just a few days more to experience the game the way its developers intended. If not that, just think of how the money the studio loses once people pirate the game, finish it and not buy the legit version once it's released.
So, sit tight, everyone, as Assassin's Creed 3's official release date (October 30) is but a week away. Until then, sheate your wristblades in the meantime, alright?
