After the closure of the Disney Infinity studio by Disney, Warner Bros. picked up a major chunk of the Avalanche Studio to head a new movie-tie in game for Cars 3. Today the official name reveal, gameplay trailer, and the release date was revealed.
Being titled as Cars 3: Driven to Win, players will play as some of the characters they have grown to love from the movies such as Lightning McQueen, Mater, and more. The game follows a similar path as Mario Kart; players will race as certain characters while managing power-ups and trying to come in first place.
