Konami has released images of the Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance special editions it plans to release in Japan. The game will be available in two variations of "special" over there, which includes the Premium Package, and the Premium Package Konami Style Special Edition.
The Premium Package can be seen above. It costs 9,980 Yen at launch:

The special edition with the extra long name is essentially the same game but with the addition of a flexible and articulated white Raiden figurine that can be posed in many ways. This version costs 12,980 Yen.
Here's what it looks like:
Both special editions of Metal Gear Solid: Revengeance come with the Cyborg Ninja DLC, which adds a new skin for Raiden and is based on the Gray Fox from the original Metal Gear Solid.
There's no word on whether the special editions will ever see release outside of Japan, but there's no reason fans can't submit a petition to Konami demanding it. Assuming there's demand, there's no reason they'll withhold it.
