If you been following the documentary series for the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, then you already know there was a lot of work going into making the next entry in the series.
With so many fans loving the game, and with the game sitting at 97 on Metacritic, fans want to know even more about Breath of the Wild. Luckily, Nintendo has released a brand new bonus documentary video where the key directors of the game talk about their favorite characters, locations, and shrines; in addition a special message to their fans.

Nintendo did release all three parts of the series on YouTube which breaks down the documentary into sections known as The Beginning, Story and Characters, and lastly Open-Air Concept.
Within the series, we learn that the development for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild started in 2013 which faced a number of delays. Furthermore, we learned that the development team has been eager to craft a truly open-world video game within the franchise, but it was only until the Wii U and Nintendo Switch that the developers had enough power in a console to do so.
