PREMISE:
Yeah okay. I see the problem. But Far Cry managed to pull of pre-historic, no high-velocity rifles, and heck, people love that game. Now if you haven’t caught on yet, this article is not entirely serious, but I’m not having a laugh when I say that Call of Duty: Khan Ops would be epic. Anyway, here’s a little history lesson to get you interested: The Mongol invasions and conquests progressed throughout the 13th century, resulting in a vast Mongol Empire which covered much of Asia and Eastern Europe. These raids are still some of the deadliest and brutal conflicts in human history and brought with them the bubonic plague.
WEAPONS:
You can’t deny that running around stabbing guys with swords, parrying with shields, riding horses, and taking orders from Genghis Khan wouldn’t be epic.
LIKELIHOOD:
This is about as likely as Viktor Reznov actually being real… so….
