#19 Blazblue Central Fiction
We’re going to start with a popular series that many people don’t understand. They don’t understand it because the story is incredibly convoluted to the point of absurdity.
Blazblue Central Fiction attempts to streamline the story and give it a conclusion so things can progress. However, it should be noted that a mainline game hasn’t happened after it.
The game will again put you as Ragna The Bloodedge and other characters from the franchise’s history. In addition, you’ll partake in a storyline that’ll send you from the beginning of the series to the end. All the while having intense battles that’ll test your skills.
#18 Melty Blood Type Lumina
If you’re not familiar with this franchise, don’t worry. The games are based on a visual novel series and adapted into a fighting game format. Melty Blood Type Lumina was an attempt to revitalize the series by providing a new scenario created by the series writer.

You’ll meet plenty of characters along the way that weave quite the tale in a post-apocalyptic world.

The game features a 16-character roster, with each character being different from the other. You can play the campaign mode to find out what they’re like, and then test their skills in various modes. If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed, try the Practice Mode and let it help you out.

They don’t hold back on the quality in the collaboration, either. They blend high-quality art with top-notch sound design to make it feel like the RPGs you’re used to. There’s also an original story for the game.
With combat, you’ll find it easy to pick up and use, ensuring that you can play it no matter your skill level.

What’s more, there are plenty of new characters to make the story feel different than before. One of those characters happens to be Geralt of Rivia!

#6 BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle
Don’t worry. This is the last of the titles from this series, and it’s a big improvement over the other game we talked about.
BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is a fun spin on the franchise because it brings together four of the biggest anime franchises around to have fun in. Not only is Blazblue here, but Under Night In-Birth, Persona 4, and RWBY!
That’s a lot of characters crossing over, and it’ll create some unique teams when you pair them up to fight other duos. The game has an original story that ties all their worlds together. So jump in and enjoy!
