Hero’s Song
John Smedley, the former head of Sony Online Entertainment, is currently developing his debut title Heo’s Song with the newly founded indie studio, Pixelmage Games. This was a video game title that only lasted one week into its Kickstarter campaign before it was closed down by John Smedley. However, thanks to private investors, the development of the game continued uninterrupted.
Hero’s Song is an open world role-playing game with stunning 2D pixel art visuals. For fans of the classic click-to-move style action RPGs you’ll easily fall in love with Hero’s Song as John Smedley was heavily influenced by the old style deep RPGs from his youth. Through the help of New York Times Bestselling author Patrick Rothfuss, Hero’s Song will also have an amazing backstory, one of which that will adapt and changed with each game though there are elements of the story that have been woven into the overall game.
