Toukiden 2
Toukiden 2 is the sequel to Toukiden: The Age of Demons and is slated to release within Japan for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita. Much like its predecessor, this is an action role-playing title that is set in one giant map. Players will be taking on the role of a Slayer who was present during the infamous battle of Oomagaoki which greatly altered the world. Although, during the battle, our protagonist was engulfed by a mysterious power that drifts the player into the Mahoroba Village.
Now stricken with lost memory, players are guided by a band of friends as they embark on the truth of this world and once again battle against horrifying demons. Not much has been revealed about Toukiden 2 quite yet and there’s no indication that the game will see a western release. Furthermore, if the game does release outside of the Japan, most of the gameplay mechanics will be present from the first installment along with a new co-op game mode which has yet to be detailed.
