What Gameplay Can We Expect in Alan Wake 2?

May 20, 2022 by Matt Cook

Want to know what the gameplay in Alan Wake 2 will be like?

Alan Wake 2 is the long-awaited sequel to the original 2010 game. Alan Wake 2 was something of a surprise announcement last year since it had been over 11 years since the first game had come out. Given the big time gap between games, fans of the series and newcomers alike will have lots of questions about the Alan Wake 2. Questions such as what gameplay can we expect in Alan Wake 2?

What is the gameplay in Alan Wake 2 like?

Remedy Entertainment hasn’t revealed any gameplay from Alan Wake 2 so far. The only trailer released for the game is a cinematic one that doesn’t reveal too much info. The original game was a psychological horror game that had players rely on their flashlights to keep the creatures at bay. Whether or not the new game will follow that same formula remains to be seen.

Remedy Entertainment will be revealing more info about Alan Wake 2 this summer. It’s possible that the studio will reveal gameplay for the title at that time.
