Gran Turismo 7: How To Earn More Cash | 100k Quick

March 16, 2022 by Kevin Thielenhaus

Be prepared for those invite-only sales.

Gran Turismo 7 encourages you to buy credits with real-life cash, even after you’ve already purchased an expensive video game. If you’re looking to stock up for those special sale events and get the fast cars you really want, you’ll need to do a little grinding — and grinding for cash isn’t exactly easy in Gran Turismo 7.

In our endless search to make everything in our gaming lives easier, we’ve found one event that’ll score a quick 100,000 credits with not-that-much-effort. You’ll need to practice for first place in this race, but it just might be the best way to get lots of credits for players still learning the ropes. No need to buy more credits with real cash.

High Speed Ring | Credit Grinding Guide

To earn 97,500 credits in a 6~ minute race, you’ll need to first unlock a Group 4 car — these are unlocked through normal progression, so keep going through races and you’ll get your own without spending those credits early. You’ll also want to tune your vehicle up to the 630 PP max.

  • GT Cup Group 4: High Speed Ring – This ring race consists of 5 laps around a simple course. For scoring gold, you’ll get the maximum prize of 65,000 credits — to get the full prize of 97,500 credits, you’ll need to complete the race with the +50% Clean Race bonus.

Essentially, you’ll want to practice this race and attempt to clear it without nudging any of the other drives. Take it slow and work your way to first place over the course of 5 laps — no need to rush into first place and perform risky moves. You should focus on clean driving first and winning the race second. If you take it slow, you’ll make it into the top slot without touching anyone else and you can claim a pretty hefty prize. To get the biggest vehicles in the game, you’ll still need to complete this track multiple times, but this just might be the biggest payout for the least amount of effort. You can’t say that for many tracks in Gran Turismo 7.
