After completing the Excavation Site in Halo Infinite, Master Chief goes on a long detour. While escaping a strange spire, a battery of Banished anti-aircraft guns shoot down your ride, forcing you to explore a massive section of the map that’s also a campaign mission. This wide area is packed with collectibles, and we’re going to explain how to find them all. There are Audio Logs, Spartan Cores, and Propaganda Towers to shoot down. This is also the smallest region in the game, making it the easiest to 100% this early in the game.

How To Find All Collectibles | Skulls, Audio Logs, Spartan Cores & Armor Lockers
There are multiple types of collectibles in Halo Infinite. Here’s a quick rundown.
- Skulls: Hidden cheats. Find a skull to unlock the corresponding cheat and activate it in the Campaign menu.
- Audio Logs: Audio Logs come in three types — UNSC, Spartan, and Banished. They made a beeping noise when you’re close.
- Spartan Cores: Singleplayer collectibles that are used to unlock Suit Upgrades.
- Armor Lockers: Containers that unlock customization armor for multiplayer.
Pelican Down (Region 3)
UNSC Audio Log: From the Pelican Crash Site, go southeast toward a crashed Condor ship — one of the larger UNSC ships. There’s a broken wing with a hard-to-spot log inside.
Spartan Core: At the same wrecked Condor, near the Pelican crash, use your grappling to climb up onto the intact wing. On the platform, you’ll find UNSC weapons and a Spartan Core.
UNSC Audio Log: In the wrecked hangar bay directly south of the Pelican crash. It’s in the same long bay area as the vehicle.
Propaganda Tower: Behind the hill to the southwest of the Pelican crash site. Circle behind the hill to find it — you’ll be able to spot it easily with scanning.
UNSC Audio Log: In the huge Condor wreck to the northwest of the Pelican crash site. Grapple into the large interior on the upper level. There’s a doorway with this UNSC nearby — use scan to spot it.
Banished Audio Log: On the path to the eastern Gun Battery, find the log in a Banished structure before you reach the Gun Battery position. On the map, it’s just down the hill south from the gun.
Spartan Core: At the eastern Gun Battery, find a small cave to the north of the area directly underneath the gun.
Propaganda Tower: Just northwest of the eastern Gun Battery. If you’re travelling toward the Gun Battery from the lowlands, you’ll find it right behind the sniper tower.
UNSC Audio Log: Northeast of the eastern Gun Buttery, you’ll find a crashed Pelican with this audio log inside.
Banished Audio Log: Moving toward the northeast Gun Battery, you’ll reach a large Banished lift structure at the base of the cliff, roughly south of the upper-right Gun Battery. Down below at the bottom of the Banished lift, there’s a building to the left that contains an audio log.
Spartan Core: In the large 2-story structure to the north of the northeastern Gun Battery.
Spartan Core: Take the road west from the northeast Gun Battery. At the top of the mountain in the north of this region, you’ll find a small UNSC outpost with a vehicle and a Spartan Core container.
Propaganda Tower: Found near the previous Spartan Core. Check the ledge to the north of the core.
UNSC Audio Log: Found at the very top of the large mountain in the north of the region. Reach the peak and you’ll find it.
- The Flexfire Sniper Rifle is also located here. This is a special semi-auto UNSC Sniper Rifle with 10 shots per magazine.
Propaganda Tower: This tower is on the northern mountain of the region, north of the west Gun Battery. There’s a small Banished base on the mountain with some captured marines nearby.
Banished Audio Log: At the landing pad Banished base just south of the western Gun Battery. Look in one of the buildings to the right of the base.
Mjolnir Armory: Warmaster’s Prize Battle Rifle Coating – On the ridge just south of the west Gun Battery, next to a Banished supply container.
Spartan Core: To the left of the giant Banished lift base on the west side of the region, south of the westernmost Gun Battery. To the left of the elevator, you’ll find this core.
