Fortnite: How To Complete Season 8 Week 9 Challenges | Walkthrough Guide

Here’s the list of challenges you’ll need to complete in Fortnite season 8 week 9.

If you have the Fortnite Battle Pass then you are given a series of challenges per week and with Season 8 this trend continues. Each week Epic Games will deliver a new set of challenges for players to complete in order to gain some XP and level up. These challenges are usually pretty straightforward, but we’ll, of course, provide some details to help you progress through these tasks with a bit more ease.


Week 9 Challenges

Free Challenges

#1 Landing Stages

  • Stage 1: Land At Loot Lake
  • Stage 2: Land At Lucky Landing
  • Stage 3: Land At Salty Springs
  • Stage 4: Land At Lonely Lodge
  • Stage 5: Land At Haunted Hills

#2 Search Chests Within Polar Peak or Lonely Lodge

For this challenge all you need to do is search seven chests from either Polar Peak or Lonely Lodge. Either location would work but in order for this to work without too many issues we suggest getting this challenge done early in a match.

#3 Ride 3 Different Volcano Vents Without Landing

Head to the volcanic area and use a vent but you  need to use a total of three vents without landing on the ground between vents. Just jump on one and swing over from the momentum to the next vent.


Battle Pass Challenge

#1 Dance At Specific Locations

You need to dance at three specific locations.

  • Dance between the three ice sculptures
  • Dance between the three dinosaurs
  • Dance between four hotsprings

#2 Deal Damage To Opponents Below

You need to deal 500 damage to opponents from below which means attacking anyone at a higher height. This could mean attacking from a player built structure, a building or simply a generic mountain.

#3 Revive Teammate At Reboot Van

Recently Epic Games added a new feature into Fortnite known as the Reboot Van. This van would allow players to grab a  fallen teammate’s Reboot Card and revive them at the van. Luckily these vans are located all around the map so finding one won’t be hard. However, there is a wait time after a van was used.

#4 Eliminate An Opponent In Different Matches

With this challenge you need to defeat an opponent in five different matches. There are a few different modes to enjoy so this could give players a chance to dive into something new.
