If you have the Fortnite Battle Pass then you are given a series of challenges per week and with Season 8 this trend continues. Each week Epic Games will deliver a new set of challenges for players to complete in order to gain some XP and level up. These challenges are usually pretty straightforward, but we’ll, of course, provide some details to help you progress through these tasks with a bit more ease.
Week 8 Challenges
Free Challenges
#1 Search Signposts
Go to Paradise Palms and behind the shops you’ll find a map which will direct you where to go next. This map will lead you to Frosty Flights where you need to reach the end of the runway.
#2 Vending Machines
For this challenge all you need to do is use three different vending machines. They are scattered about and will not cost you anything. Just track down three of them and you’ll be set.
#3 Damage Opponents Using Balloon
To unlock this challenge all you need to do is find opponents that are using balloons. Destroy the balloon and rack up at least a 100 damage.
Battle Pass Challenges
#1 Jigsaw Puzzles
This challenge will require players to seek out seven jigsaw puzzle pieces which are located within caves and under bridges.
#2 Dial Numbers
You need to head to the two phones that have been put into the game. There is one located within the the snow mountains near Fatal Fields. Go to the telephone and dial 555-0152.
The second telephone is located near The Block by the very edge of the map above the river. Just follow the edge of the map along the area and you’ll stumble upon the telephone. With this one, you need to dial 555-0198.
#3 Eliminate Opponents At Dusty Divot or Lucky Landing
For this challenge you need to eliminate three enemies within either Dusty Divot or Lucky Landing. This should be an easier to obtain challenge as there are no restrictions as to what gamers need to eliminate the enemy with.
#4 Eliminate Opponents From 50M Away
Get ready to use a sniper as you’ll need to eliminate a single enemy that is 50m away. This is a relatively great distance so short range weapons will have no chance. Find a good camping position and peck off an enemy from a great distance.
