The adventures of the Diaz Brothers continue in Life Is Strange: Episode 2, and there are six more souvenirs you can find on your cross-country journey. Each souvenir you find will unlock an individual achievement / trophy, too. Some of them are a little tricky to find, and can be easily missed if you don’t make the exact right decisions in certain critical points. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through and explain everything in the full guide below.
Life Is Strange 2 follows the Diaz Brothers, Sean and Michael, as they travel to escape the law (and the country) while bonding. Michael, Sean’s little brother, is learning about his newfound powers — and in Episode 2, Sean meets Chris, the little boy from the free ‘Captain Spirit‘ demo. In that short introductory episode, Chris (a.k.a. Captain Spirit) discovered his special powers, and now both boys can bond. The last thing Michael wants is another person with powers — even if those powers are pretty handy when it comes to discovering souvenirs.

Souvenirs are small tokens you can take with you. There are six in Episode 2. When you find a token, select “Take” to grab it.
- Souvenir #1: Metal Box – In the backyard, right at the start of the episode, look up in the tall tree near the two-headed snow-man. Look up at that metal box, and you’ll get the option to ask for Daniel’s help. Do it and you’ll get the souvenir.
- Souvenir #2: Sign – In the house, go up to the second floor and interact with the train set. Press [Play], then use the Switching Station [Turn Right] so the train passes by the Coaling Station. Select [Prepare Refill], then switch the switching station to [Turn Forward] so it passes through the tunnel ahead. When the train passes through the tunnel, you’ll hear a sound. After a few laps, interact with the main station to stop the train, and check it for a hard-to-get souvenir.
- Souvenir #3: Beer Cap – When visiting Captain Spirit’s house, go to the backyard and check the snowman. There’s a beer cap collectible souvenir you can take from the snowman.
- Souvenir #4: Spaceship – Go inside the house, and you’ll find Daniel chatting with the kid next door. He’ll ask you to organize the toys — heroes on the left, villains on the right. You need to organize them perfectly to get this spaceship souvenir.
- Heroes: Pirate, Warrior, Dino, Bear
- Villains: Machine, Insectoid
- Souvenir #5: Guitar Pick – At the Christmas Tree lot, you’ll encounter a singing girl near the entrance. Wait and “Listen” to her play. She’ll also sing — eventually, she’ll stop and you’ll be able to talk to her. Speak to her for a quick conversation. After that, she’ll get up and leave behind her pick souvenir.
- Souvenir #6: Bus Ticket – Once the brothers enter Karen’s room in the house, you’ll be able to find the last souvenir. [Look] at the CD Player, then [Plug] it in when looking at the plug nearby. Try the CD Player again, and it still won’t work. You’ll open the tray, and find the Bus Ticket inside.
That’s all for now. We’ll cover the rest of the collectibles as more episodes are released in the future. See you then!
