The Cycle
- Developer: Yager
- Publisher: Yager
- Platforms: PC
- Release: 2019
The Cycle comes from the development team that released Spec Ops: The Line, a video game title that is beloved and an emotional roller coaster. For The Cycle, gamers can expect a competitive match-based first person quester. Overall, gamers are tasked with grabbing as many resources as possible in order to claim planets. With factions claiming land from around the galaxy, players are taking on the role of a contractor who takes on bids from factions to gather all the resources from a planet and claim the land for their buyer’s faction. Of course, the competition is brutal and you’ll come across opposing enemies that will need to be dealt with.
Unfortunately, The Cycle doesn’t have any particular release date attached at the moment. Back in December of last year, the game entered its fifth alpha stage so we may not see this title release until the end of the year. However, it will be a free-to-play title and one well worth keeping tabs on.
