#5 Jessica Alba
You know her as the Invisible Woman in Fantastic Four, Nancy Callahan in Sin City and most recently Beth Flowers in El Camino Christmas. However, outside of acting, Jessica Alba has had a love for video games. During a talk with Yahoo, Jessica Alba spoken of her days growing up with such classics as Bomberman, Super Mario Brothers and The Legend of Zelda.
She was even known to bust out the Nintendo DS when she was filming Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. We’re unsure of just what consoles she’s playing today but we can see Jessica Alba taking up with the Nintendo Switch.
#4 Eminem
Much like Snoop Dogg, Eminem is another worldwide rapper and actor. However, outside of touring and creating new albums, Eminem does enjoy playing a video game during his break. Although, instead of the new video game titles with the latest cutting-edge graphics and mechanics, Eminem likes to keep things a bit old school.
As it turns out Eminem enjoys classic video game titles and arcade hits. In fact, in the past, there has been a Donkey Kong cabinet in his recording studio where of course he holds the top spot. In an interview with Complex, Eminem showcased his score of 229,100. Can you top his score in the classic Donkey Kong?
#3 Jack Black
Jack Black is a comedian, musician, and actor. You may have watched his movies in the past such as Shallow Hal, School of Rock or the more recent release, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. During his career, Jack Black has been part of the video game industry in one way or another. For instance, he acted in a commercial for the video game Pitfall, a classic title that may be more known as an Atari video game.
The famed actor has even starred in a video game known as Brutal Legend. However, it looks like the actor can hold his own with some of the latest video game releases. Now we’re curious as to if there will ever be a sequel to Brutal Legend as a new installment has been talked about for a few years now.
#2 Will Arnett
Will Arnett is a comedian-actor who is known for his roles in Blades of Glory, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Arrested Development and more recently voicing the Batman character for the Lego Movie titles. Likewise, Will Arnett has voiced a few different characters for video game titles such as Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Not only has Will Arnett voiced video game characters, but he also plays a few video game titles from time-to-time. In fact, he had a series on Xbox known as Game Chat where he invited some of his friends to talk and play video games. We included an episode from the series posted above.
#1 Seth Rogen
Seth Rogen is a well-known actor who has been in films such as Knocked Up, Pineapple Express, The Green Hornet, and Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising. The actor even did the voice work for B.O.B. in the video game adaptation for Monsters vs. Aliens.
While promoting the Monsters vs. Aliens film, Seth was asked by NBC if he enjoys playing video games where he confessed that he spends a ton of time playing them and that he’s a big fan of the Call of Duty franchise. However, Seth tends to stay offline when it comes to video games to instead enjoy the campaigns. We wonder if Seth still feels the same way or if he has since taken a more competitive gameplay approach online.
