Like BioShock and its sequel, BioShock 2, Irrational Games' newest title, BioShock Infinite offers a host of collectible items which are scattered throughout the game for players to collect.
These items come in the form of Voxophones, which are basically gramophone recordings and audio diaries of characters in the game; telescopes and kinetoscopes; and Infusion upgrades which boost the potency of Booker's health, shields, and salts.
In total, there are 80 Voxophones, 25 Infusion upgrades, and 37 telescopes and kinetoscopes, all of which earn you the following achievements/trophies: Eavesdrooper, Infused with Greatness, Sightseer.
You do not have to find all of these items in a single playthrough, as it is possible to replay through any of the game's chapters after beating the game if you would like to pick up missing collectibles. Unfortunately, there's no way to tell which items you've picked up each time you replay a chapter so you'll have to be very thorough if you want to acquire the achievements.
