Call of Duty Infinite Warfare: Attack of the Radioactive Thing – How To Access Pack-a-Punch | Walkthrough Guide

July 6, 2017 by Dennis Patrick

Here’s how to access the Pack-a-Punch in Attack of the Radioactive Thing.

The third DLC to release for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is known as the Absolution map pack. Included in the map pack is a brand new Zombies map known as “Attack of the Radioactive Thing”. Currently, at the time of writing this guide, the DLC is available for the PlayStation 4.

In this guide, we’ll cover how to access the Pack-a-Punch within the Attack of the Radioactive Thing map. Take a look at our guide down below along with other Attack of the Radioactive Thing featured guides on Gameranx.

Note: Before you are able to use the Pack-a-Punch you’ll first need to power the map. Learn how to activate the power in our guide here.

Speak With Elvira

The first step to get the Pack-a-Punch working you’ll need to speak with Elvira. She will be the woman laying on a couch within the TV studio. Approach her and you’ll be able to start a conversation where Elvira will alert the player that she will need her Spell Book.

Spell Book Location

The Spell Book of Elvira’s can be found within the Diner. Head into the Diner and go to the back room where you’ll find an opened safe that holds her Spell Book. Pick the Spell Book up and head back to Elvira who will give you an Acid Vile.

Acid Vile

The Acid Vile must be filled with zombie souls which can be obtained by radioactive zombies. A means to differentiate the radioactive zombies from others is that they will glow green.

Unfortunately, you’ll need to be up close to the radioactive zombie to fill up the Acid Vile and the only way you can collect their souls is through melee kills.

Before you attempt to start collecting zombie souls, head to the Marketplace store and grab the Meat Cleaver weapon. This is a free weapon that can be obtained from inside the shark.

Use the Meat Cleaver to kill the radioactive zombies, which are one hit kills all the way up to round nine. You’ll want to keep that in mind when you start the Zombies map up as the longer you wait to activate Pack-a-Punch, the harder it will be for you to collect the required zombie souls.

Elvira Teleportation Orb

The next and final step to get access to the Pack-a-Punch will require players to return back to the TV studio with the now filled Acid Vile. Give the Acid Vile to Elvira and she will then help kill zombies alongside you.

Take her to a teleportation orb, one of which is located behind the TV studio. She will then enter the teleportation orb and as a result, players will then be able to use the orb to enter the Projector Room where you’ll gain access to the Pack-a-Punch.

Note: The Pack-a-Punch will require $5000 and after the teleportation, orbs can move after use besides the main teleportation orb which will not change locations.
