Being a platformer, the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy can put players up against a few difficult courses that could potentially eat up lives rather quickly. This ultimately calls for some patience as you learn the course but also a bit of farming for lives.

The Crash Bandicoot series offers gamers a means to collect extra lives throughout the video game, though if you need an extra hand on how to get some extra lives then look no further. Here is the best way to farm lives within the video game collection.

Crash Bandicoot
  • Within the first level of Crash Bandicoot, a total of five lives can be collected. This level can be exploited by having players collect all five lives followed by quitting the level. From there, reload the level and collect an additional five lives. Rinse and repeat until you are satisfied with a number of lives you have.
  • In the level, The High Road, players can earn four lives from the start. Two will be available visible from the start along with two additional lives can be found at the start, where there are hidden platforms from the viewpoint of the player.
  • During the Lost City level, players can fight against the swarm of bats to collect fruit which will grant extra lives.

Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back
  • A total of ten extra lives can be obtained by bouncing off the polar bear found within the hub.
  • Within the level Bee-Havin’, players will come across a bee hive. Stand near it and wait for five bees to fly out. Time a spin attack out to unleash a combo hit that will defeat all five of the bees, thus earning you an extra life. Rinse and repeat the process until you are satisfied with a number of lives you have.
