Omega
- HP: 400
- Weapon: Fireball & Bubbler
During the Sand Zone, our protagonist will venture out and meet Misery who demands a fight. However, during the meeting, a quake causes the ground to shake forcing Misery to leave. After her departure, Omega will burst up from the ground and begin his attack.
In a lot of ways, Omega is similar to Balfrog. The only way players can deal damage to Omega is when his mouth is open which is also when he shoots out projectiles. You’ll simply have to keep dealing our damage with either the Fireball or Bubbler, though with the Bubbler, you have a slight protective shield to use against Omega’s blasts.
Once you progress within the battle, Omega will start to leaping around which can be a bit more tricky to continue on, though you’ll just want to make sure you are firing as much as possible until you finish off all of Omega’s HP.
Rabid Toroko
- HP: 500
- Weapon: Polar Star & Machine Gun
Forced fed red flowers, Toroko has become rabid and you’re forced into putting her down. The battle itself is not the hardest one to go through especially if you have a Machine Gun.
Toroko’s only attack is throwing blocks that turn into flowers so you’ll want to avoid those and Toroko when she jumps around. The best way to go through the battle is to use the Machine Gun as much as possible. However, if you don’t own a Machine Gun, you can use really anything though certain weapons like a Missile Launcher may prove to be tricky due to her jumping around.
Pooh Black
- HP: 300
- Weapon: Blade & Polar Star
Pooh Black looks very similar to Balrog as you’ll encounter this boss when you enter the Clinic Ruins. This boss fight shouldn’t take players very long to complete and Pooh Black will even let you take the first swing.
Once the battle really begins you’ll find that Pooh Black will fire off some bubbles which are easy to destroy with your weapons. Hammer away the bubbles with your Polar Star, along with Pooh Black, until he leaps towards the ceiling.
When Pooh Black is on the ceiling, he will begin to fire bubbles down. Just as you did in the first section of the fight, destroy the bubbles and wait for Pooh to make his return. When on the ground, it may be easier to knock down his HP by using the Blade weapon, though it’s purely preference when it comes to this boss fight.
Monster X
- HP: 700
- Weapon: Bubbler & Blade
Monster X is one tough boss you’ll face against within the Labyrinth and the battle itself is broken up into two different parts. It’s best to be ready for the fight with the Bubbler and Blade weapons.
The start of the battle will have Monster X rolling from side to side, it’s best that you avoid being hit which is accomplished by jumping on top of the treads. Jump on the right tread followed by the left tread.
Depending on what tread you are on will result in which way Monster X is driving. After jumping between treads for so long, Monster X will stop and reveal orbs that will shoot out projectiles.
When this happens, you will want to jump in the middle of the treads and use your Blade to smash the orbs and projectiles. Once the orbs are covered, you’ll want to repeat the process again until the orbs are destroyed.
After the orbs have been destroyed the second part of the fight will begin. It’s here that Monster X will fire out missiles that impossible to dodge but can be destroyed. Simply destroy the missiles with the Bubbler and continue to strike Monster X until he is defeated.
Balrog (Fourth Battle)
- HP: 500
- Weapon: Blade
Balrog is back once again and this time he has the added benefit of his own missile launcher. The fourth battle against Balrog takes place in the Boulder Chamber where Balrog has knocked out Curly Brace leaving it up to you alone to defeat him.
The battle itself is not particularly hard, Balrog moves from side to side while firing missiles that are destructible. Overall, the best option to defeat Balrog is the Blade while making as many strikes against him until his health depletes.
