Here’s how to complete the side mission “Stolen Neuromods” in Prey.

Here’s how to complete the side mission “Stolen Neuromods” in Prey. There’s a number of side missions available for gamers to complete in Prey. We’ll continue to update our guides table of contents below to showcase what walkthroughs are available right here at Gameranx.

Overall, Stolen Neruomods is a relatively simple mission to complete that will reward you with four Neuromods. Gamers will, however, have to prepare for a fight against a few mimics and a phantom.


Walkthrough – Table of Contents
  • Prey: Hidden Starbender Book Locations
  • Prey: Treasure Map Locations
  • Prey: Talos Smuggling Ring Quest Locations

Starting “Stolen Neuromods”

  • In order to first start the side mission, players will need to enter the Security Office Holding Room located within the Talos I Main Lobby.

Note: Holding Room Code – 1129

  • Once inside the room, you’ll have to face against a mimic. Defeat the mimic and read the note left on the table.

  • Obtain the key at your office in order to gain access to Teleconferencing.
  • It’s within this area that you’ll find that Yuri Kimura has been taken over by a phantom. Destroy the phantom, along with the mimics lurking about.

  • Upon defeating the enemies, you’ll be able to collect four Neuromods that was taken by Yuri. They will be stashed under Yuri Kimura’s workstation desk.
  • Collecting the four Neuromods will successfully mark the side mission as complete.

Note: A Huntress Boltcaster can be obtained within the office next to Yuri Kimura’s. The weapon will be behind a desk, though there will also be a mimic within the room as well.
