World to the West is a wacky, action adventure and the followup to the critically acclaimed Teslagrad. It’s going to be a wild ride, but Gameranx is here to ensure you don’t make that journey alone.

World to the West is a wacky indie action platformer for PC, Mac, Linux, and most consoles and the standalone followup to the critically acclaimed Teslagrad. You’re in control of four different characters on a grand adventure attempting to uncover the secrets of an ominous prophecy. The adventure will certainly be epic, but it helps to be prepared beforehand. Luckily Gameranx is here for all of your World to the West needs.

    • Description: To see the future clear at last, first you gather all the past.
  • Founder’s Travels
    • Description: The founder came on a ship, spotting fertile land.
  • Founder’s Landing
    • Description: By her command, the people made it theirs.
  • Founder’s Settling
    • Description: She laid the roots of her greatest masterpiece.
  • Faithful Disciples
    • Description: Four wise disciples gathered under her word.
  • Faithful Michlan and Xinu
    • Description: Michlan loved death and life, and Xinu loved future and past.
  • Faithful Chal and Tlaloc
    • Description: Chal and Tlaloc loved rain, sun, and sky, and each other even more.
  • The Blue Fruit
    • Description: Then at last the founders’ work bore fruit, and in that she had great hope.
  • The Blue Boon
    • Description: Through the essence blue, it might grant endless life.
  • The Blue Bane
    • Description: But the truth of this boon, was yet to be revealed.
  • Changing Mind
    • Description: In time, her mind grew powerful, but her thoughts grew dark and grim.
  • Changing Ruler
    • Description: The keeper of time, her most trusted one, was appointed in her stead.
  • Changing Rule
    • Description: Xinu ruled as best he could, and the people flourished.
  • Spreading Dissent
    • Description: Of the disciples the fruits from the founder’s tree.
  • Spreading Eternity
    • Description: And he gave the disciples the fruits from the founder’s tree.
  • Spreading Despair
    • Description: Alone on his throne, Xinu now felt despair descend.
  • Contemplate Future
    • Description: He worried for the future, what was to be his final fate?
  • See Future
    • Description: A lens he crafted, to see the threads of times unfold.
  • Dread Future
    • Description: Through the lens, Xinu saw only ruin and despair.
  • Xinu’s Plea
    • Description: He brought his vision to the founder, and pleaded for her to return.
  • Xinu’s Labour
    • Description: Together they toiled, attempting to change their people’s fate.
  • Xinu’s Fall
    • Description: The land became neglected as the great task commenced.
  • Empire’s Decline
    • Description: Their beloved people fell by the wayside, forgotten.
  • Empire’s Ruin
    • Description: Michlan’s most dreaded vision was now complete.
  • Empire’s Revolt
    • Description: Michlan, Chal, and Tlaloc moved to cast Xinu from his throne.
  • Sudden Flight
    • Description: The founder fled in the chaos, never seen again.
  • Sudden Death
    • Description: Michlan, in his anger, struck Xinu down, his endless life now ended.
  • Sudden Fury
    • Description: Horrified at the brutality, Chal and Tlaloc railed.
  • Michlan’s Sin
    • Description: Chal was shocked by Michlan’s action, and she bade Tlaloc act.
  • Michlan’s Bane
    • Description: They had the people take Michlan, and punish him for his deed.
  • Michlan’s Fate
    • Description: So Michlan rotted in the dark, while Chal and Tlaloc ruled.
  • Tlaloc’s Rule
    • Description: Through their power, Chal and Tlaloc gave bounty to the land.
  • Tlaloc’s Festering
    • Description: But Tlaloc’s mind grew dark, and the people’s gifts would please him no more.
  • Tlaloc’s Wrath
    • Description: For long dark years he would use his might to make his wrath known.
  • Chal’s Voice
    • Description: No single word from Chal would end Tlaloc’s terrible reign.
  • Chal’s Flood
    • Description: In the end, Chal would call down the sky to end the blue fruit’s cycle.
  • Chal’s End
    • Description: And so the world ended. Just a handful were left to start the world anew.
