Infinite Warfare Zombies: Shaolin Shuffle – How to Turn on Power

April 18, 2017 by Kevin Thielenhaus

The first step of every Call of Duty: Zombies map is simple — turn on the power! Here’s how to do it.

The first step of every Call of Duty: Zombies map is simple — turn on the power! Shaolin Shuffle, the second DLC Zombies map for Infinite Warfare, follows the formula, and we’re here to explain how to get this ball rolling.

The Continuum DLC pack includes four multiplayer maps, but the real star of the show is Shaolin Shuffle. Set in the seedy underbelly of a 1970s New York City, you’ll slice and dice your way through an endless army of the undead in this classic send-up of another weird era. Yes, there will be disco.

This isn’t the only Zombies guide on Gameranx. Check out how to conquer the massive Zombies in Spaceland Easter Egg with our complete guide here, or see what it takes to summon David Hasselhoff… and then play as David Hasselhoff! What a trip, man.

How to Turn On Power

Like Zombies in Spaceland, turning on the power isn’t localized to just one switch. You’ll need to find all four power switches, spread out to different areas of the map, to fully restore power to your corner of Staten Island.

  • Power Switch #1:
    • Find it attached to a pillar near the subway train car, on the boarding platform in the Spawn Room.
  • Power Switch #2:
    • Near the Deadeye Dewdrops perk machine. Past the Rooftops, and back down to the streets, look on the wall in the courtyard with the subway entrance, opposite the entrance.
  • Power Switch #3:
    • Take the stairs down into the Subway near the Strip Club. Look on the wall opposite (and across) from the Bang Bangs perk machine. Jump to the platform and look near the subway tunnel on the corner.
  • Power Switch #4:
    • Easily visible on the rooftops. Take the VIP Lounge (Disco Club) up to the rooftops and look for this switch near an access door with a massive power symbol.

Turning on all four power switches is the first step on your Easter egg journey. When the power is on, you can access the Underground area, and encounter the Rat King boss in his lair.
