Resident Evil Requiem: How To Open Every Safe | Codes & Locations Guide

There are five safes to unlock in Resident Evil Requiem. Each one contains valuable resources like ammo or antique coins, but we just love opening every one of these mini-puzzles. If there’s a safe to unlock, we’re going to unlock it no matter what. And if you’re struggling to find the codes, we’ve got a full list — including codes for your Insanity run. Yes, the codes change depending on your playthrough.

For finding all the codes and opening every safe in a single run, you’ll earn the ‘No Safe is Safe‘ achievement / trophy. This can be done on any difficulty level, so we recommend grabbing them all on your first playthrough on Normal. With the explanations out of the way, let’s dig into these safes.

For more safe codes, check out our Resident Evil 2 Remake codes guide, or learn how to solve every puzzle in Resident Evil 3.

Clinic Safe #1 | Location & Code

The first safe is located behind the bar in the Bar & Lounge on the second floor, west wing of the clinic. This is the room with one of the singing zombie sisters and two additional zombies. To the left of the safe, you’ll find an improved handgun for Grace.

  • Code [Casual / Normal]: Left 10 -> Right 80 -> Left 30
  • Code [Insanity]: Left 20 -> Right 50 -> Left 30

The safe contains x3 Antique Coins. The room also contains x2 additional Antique Coins. One is on the piano, and the other is dropped by the singing zombie in a white dress.

Clinic Safe #2 | Location & Code

This safe is found in the Examination Room on the first floor of the east wing. The safe is on the corner wall near the Organless Corpse interactable. Enter through the hallway and look on the back-right shelf.

  • Code [Casual / Normal]: Left 30 -> Right 10 -> Left 50
  • Code [Insanity]: Left 50 -> Right 30 -> Left 90

This safe contains x3 Antique Coins.

Clinic Safe #3 | Locations & Code

Later, Grace will access the Clinic Basement. The safe is located in the office through the Furnace locked door. Place the power then walk through the hallway. In the room ahead, enter the office to the right. This is the room with the crane that Grace needs to raise.

  • Code [Casual / Normal]: Left 60 -> Right 40 -> Left 80
  • Code [Insanity]: Left 70 -> Right 50 -> Left 20

This safe contains the Raccoon Roundup Roadmap for Rhodes Hill — the map has all the Mr. Raccoon mascot locations in the Clinic area. It also contains a box of handgun bullets.

ARK Safe #1 | Locations & Code

When you gain control of Grace in at ARK facility, leave the Lab Entrance and head into the main lab area. In the first room where Lickers appear ahead, you’ll spot the safe directly ahead of Grace, past the corridor that turns red. It’s near the window at the back of the room. This room is called the Sterilization Chamber on your map.

  • Code [Casual / Normal]: Left 10 -> Right 90 -> Left 20
  • Code [Insanity]: Left 80 -> Right 50 -> Left 0

This safe contains handgun bullets, a Molotov Cocktail, and a Med Injector. Molotov Cocktails are the only way to drive away The Girl stalker monster that appears in the game, so you’ll want as many of these as you can.

ARK Safe #2 | Locations & Code

Access the Lobby from the Lab Entrance in the ARK, then enter the side-office in the red waiting room. There’s a safe in the back corner, to the left of the computer terminal.

  • Code [Casual / Normal]: Left 50 -> Right 60 -> Left 80
  • Code [Insanity]: Left 20 -> Right 0 -> Left 70

The safe contains x2 Bottles of Acid and a Med Injector. Bottles of Acid can instantly defeat Lickers, making them incredibly useful for Grace.

Opening the fifth safe will unlock the “No Safe is Safe” achievement / trophy.
