Aksys Games has revealed that Zero Escape 3, officially named Zero Time Dilemma, will be releasing on PC via Steam. They also confirmed release details for 3DS and Vita.
Zero Time Dilemma will actually be published in the US and Europe first, on June 28, 2016. It will then hit Japan on June 30. Unfortunately for European fans, no physical retail version will be available for them. US and Japan fans do get the choice of buying it physical or digital. The PC release will come after these dates, but no date has been specified.
Aksys also shared a new trailer for Zero Time Dilemma, the first one in English. The trailer brings to life the heart-pounding scenario. In the Decision Game, Zero taunts the nine youths he has imprisoned against their will, as he pushes them to make decisions that could save some of their lives, if any at all.
The trailer also gives us a better idea of who has it together. Eric seems easily agitated, and his girlfriend Mira may not have any moral scruples, or at least appears not to. Neither of them trust Q, the boy in the helmet who happens to be their teammate. Diana and Carlos seem to have the most appropriate reactions. If you are not sure which character is which, you can read a short guide on each team and character here.
You can watch the first English Zero Time Dilemma trailer below, with a warning for blood and suggested violence. It certainly looks like it will live up to scenario creator Kotaro Uchikoshi’s warning to prepare a big plastic bag. Who are you rooting for to survive?
