Microsoft has created a special-edition Xbox One console themed on Ubisoft’s upcoming shooter, Tom Clancy’s The Division.
The console is up for grabs in a competition, with Microsoft’s Larry ‘Major Nelson’ Hryb revealing the console in a recent blog post. The system comes with a 500GB HDD and a black and orange aesthetic which incorporates the phoenix logo. Included in the bundle is a digital copy of the game and a matching Xbox One controller.
In order to win the console, you’ll need to post a comment on Major Nelson’s blog post and answer this question: “What is your plan to take back New York City from hostile factions?”
Entries must be made on the blog and not on Twitter.
Only one console is available but five runner-ups will receive a free copy of The Division. You have until 12 PST and 15:00 EST on Tuesday, March 8th to enter which is also the game’s launch day. Entries are limited to one per person and the winner will be informed on or around the 9th of March.
You can find out more about the giveaway and submit your response on Major Nelson’s blog though no framework for how entries will be judged has been posted.
Ubisoft recently hosted a beta for the game which attracted 6.4 million players, the highest for any new IP on current generation platforms. The Division is set in New York weeks after the outbreak of a pandemic and sees covert tactical agents activated to retake control of the city.
