Update: Amy's Baking Company reached out to me with the following comment:
@stillgray You have completely misjudged us based off a fake show that was heavily edited. We never "took" anyone's tips. That was a lie.

Anyone who's ever watched Chef Gordon Ramsay's popular reality TV series Kitchen Nightmares will be totally familiar with Amy's Baking Company, the one restaurant on the show where Ramsay completely walked out of in disgust over the behavior of its owners.
In the episode, Ramsay discovered that the two owners had been taking the tips of the restaurant's servers for themselves, and the both of them were captured on camera yelling at patrons unhappy with their service.
After 9 years of operation, their Scottsdale, AZ-based restaurant finally shut down. It made news headlines, simply because of how notorious the restaurant and its operators are.
Today, it's co-owner Amy Bouzagio released a bizarre response to an op-ed article on Everything-PR.
Besides accusing Gordon Ramsay of sexual harassment, Bouzagio revealed that she will be opening a new restaurant, launching a cookbook, and developed a story—one that "will be turned into Comics, A animated Video game and eventually hopefully a animated digital movie."
Well then.
