Battlefield 4 Premium members are being invited to help create and test a new map for 2013 first person shooter.
Developer DICE will work along side players for the Community Map Project who have registered for Battlefield 4's Community Test Environment to help tweak the new map ahead of its release. Participants will be able to playtest the map ahead of launch and provide input to the development team.
"With the Community Map Project we're really excited to collaborate with you, our Premium users, to take a map from concept to final, and then release it to everyone when it's done," DICE LA creative director Thomas Andersson remarked.
"We'll start with a blank canvas and together with you we're going to collaborate through all the normal steps in the development cycle. It's something we're very excited because it's not something we've done before and I can't wait to see how it turns out."
You can sign up for the Community Test Environment on the Battlefield 4 website and membership is currently limited to Premium members.
