Ubisoft is hard at working patching Assassin’s Creed Unity to fix its multiple issues since launch. Today, the share the details for the game’s third patch.
Please bear in mind that this is only a tentative list of planned fixes. A final list will be released alongside the patch’s release itself.
1. Stability
Reducing the amount of crashes in campaign and coop modes.
2. Performance
This one may not be acted on as quickly, but Ubi is investigating framerate drops and other performance issues to figure out potential fixes.
3. Menus
Fixes to missing menu details, popups for mission objectives and coop updates, and menu and popup overlaps.
4. Gameplay
Gameplay bugs to be focused on in this patch include Arno getting stuck on some map areas, places where it is hard to get in and out of cover, camera problems, and animation bugs.
5. AI
Fixes to NPC animations, crowd events, NPC navigation AI, and NPCs incorrectly reacting to Arno.
6. Matchmaking
Matchmaking bugs come up when jumping into ongoing games and host migration issues.
