As a sequel to both Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2, Dragon Age: Inquisition is set to follow the events of the previous two games based on choices made by the player. However, due to the lack of an import save function, players will have to use an application, or app, called Dragon Age Keep.
Dragon Age Keep allows players to discover, shape, and share the experience you had while playing the first two Dragon Age games, tailoring the decisions made in those two titles and import them into a new game of Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Within the app, there are a variety of choices, including hero attributes, companion details, quest results, and more. You can, for example, decide whether your character experienced the events of the Dragon Age: Origins expansion pack Awakening, and decide what your hero did to the Architect character within the narrative.
Beyond that, the Keep offers players a large codex for new players to get invested in the storyline and events of the first two Dragon Age games.
It’s unknown what all of the choices offered within the Keep may be, but a host of them have been leaked out by a player currently testing the Dragon Age Keep. You can view the screenshots below.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is set for a November 18 release on the PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
