WWE 2K15: Roster And Demo To Be Unveiled At Gamescom and Summerslam

July 24, 2014 by Ryan Parreno

The second week of August will be a big one for the game.

We have new information for you regarding WWE 2K15. The second week of August will be big for fans of the game.

This week is significant for two things; it is when Gamescom is happening, and it is also the week for Summerslam. With that in mind, WWE seems to have planned big reveals and announcements for the  game.

First off, they have confirmed that the full roster for WWE 2K15 will be revealed at August 16, over the Summerslam weekend. We would not be surprised if they make the announcement, or at least reveal some of the roster, during the event itself.

The other thing is not quite official, but is still quite the find. A German wrestling fansite, Moonsault.DE, has been promoting a giveaway where they will be sending fans over to Gamescom itself. They are giving out two five day tickets, which includes food and lodging. Plus, they have revealed that the winners will get to play WWE 2K15 as well.

So, what we do not know yet about WWE 2K15 in  Gamescom is if attendees will all get to play, or if it will be a closed doors reveal. Take-Two Interactive held off of revealing the game at E3, so this is most likely the biggest venue they will have to unveil the game. I would be questioning why 2K Sports would go for a closed door reveal for this one, considering the window for a 2014 release is small at this point, but we will just have to wait and see.

WWE 2K15 is coming October 28 to PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, and Xbox One.
