PES 2015 will be released on September 26th, 2014 if a listing on GameStop Italy is to be believed.
According to the retailer, Konami's FIFA rival is coming to PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One with the last-gen version costing €60.98 while the current-gen game is set at €70.98.
While Konami has yet to officially comment on the listing, the publisher's European head Shinji Hirano has said:
"I can't say certain things about PES 2015, but we are ready to make a comeback.
"I cannot give details on exactly what we are doing with the UK studio, but they are working on the next project and looking at the needs of the European people. It's about globalising the franchise, so it is not just being developed by Japanese people."
"We know what's been going wrong with PES, we are working on that. The next version is totally changed. 2014 is a transitional year for the franchise, so expect big things."
Hirano is referring to a London development studio established in 2012 which will be co-developing this year's game in order to boost its appeal in Europe.
We'll probably get more news on both PES 2015 and FIFA 15 at E3 next month.
