A report suggests that remaining launch regions will receive their Xbox One's much later than anticipated.
Gamereactor.eu states that the same sources that told them of the original Xbox One delay, believe that these same regions won't receive their console at least until the third quarter of 2013.
Microsoft first revealed that the Xbox One would launch in 21 markets in 2013. A few months following their E3 press conference, Microsoft reduced the launch markets from 21 to 13.
Microsoft excluded countries such as Russia, Sweden and Norway from the November launch and citied localization as the major factor for the delay. As an apology, people with pre-orders will receive a free pack-in when the console launches.
