Lenovo has joined in the ultra-thin laptop race giving the MacBook Air a run for its money. Lenovo has always had a great amount of success with its line of ThinkPad's but the new ThinkPad X1 is insanely thin. Now there are several thin laptops in the market such as the Samsung Series 9, MSI X-Slim X-370 and of course Apple's MacBook Air but the ThinkPad X1 is only 21.5mm or 0.85 inches thin.
The ThinkPad X1 is running the Sandy Bridge Intel Core 15 processor also having a 13.3-inch display. The display is made out of Gorilla Glass making it very tough also you will get a LED backlit keyboard and so far a 160GB SSD. Now what is really noteworthy is the new battery technology. The ThinkPad X1 will last up to 10 full hourse with the additional battery slice. The X1 has Lenovo's "RapidCharge" technology that will charge 2.5 times faster.
