The Nintendo Switch was quickly being adopted into the hands of gamers everywhere. As we continue on with this year and slowly into the holiday season, Nintendo is not letting up on excellent video game releases for fans that give a reason for almost everyone to own their hybrid console. However, one feature that was present for a while now that’s soon to be a thing of the past is free online gameplay.
Nintendo is getting rid of free online gameplay as they intend on gamers to pay a monthly to a yearly fee to enjoy online access. However, much like Microsoft and Sony, Nintendo is going to give some extra incentive to purchase an online subscription for Nintendo. One of those incentives is NES video game titles.
There’s a massive catalog of video game titles that Nintendo can look back and incorporate into the Nintendo Switch. However, to start things off, Nintendo is offering gamers who subscribe to their online game service access to a wide collection of NES titles to stream. Overall the base game is included with some updates that offer online features. While Nintendo has claimed that they will continue to add new games into the collection monthly, there will be a total of twenty titles available on day one.
