Ninja Theory, the developers behind games like DMC: Devil May Cry and Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, updated their recent vacancies for the Cambridge, England based developers.
The vacancies listed on their website are as follows:
- Technical Director
- QA Lead
- Senior Designer
- Senior Animator
- FX Artist
- Animator
- Junior Animator
- Lead Character Artist
- Senior Character Artist
- Junior Character Artist
Their most recent release, DMC: Devil May Cry, launched this January to some positive reception but some unfavourable sales.
With Gamescom approaching in August, both Microsoft and Sony expressed their plans to announce more games for their next generation consoles. While we may see something related to Enslaved or something entirely new, Sony could again partner with the studio to release another title.
Ninja Theory previously developed games such as Heavenly Sword exclusively for the PlayStation 3. Based on purely speculation, maybe the hidings relate to another Heavenly sword or partnership to develop a game exclusively for Sony's PS4.
Their partnership stems from the near collapse of the studio in 2005 in which Sony saved them by signing an exclusive project for the PS3.
