Poland based developers, CD Projekt Red, will open a new studios to head the development of two new games. The studio will open in Krakow, Poland to develop two smaller games around 20-hours in length.
In a statement to Eurogamer, managing director at CD Projekt Red, Adam Badowski, said that "as we informed in our strategy outlook some time ago, aside from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Cyberpunk 2077, the Studio aims to develop two smaller (approximately 20 hours of gameplay) premium quality titles."
The studio in Krakow will house 20 people responsible for developing these smaller games.
Right now, CD Projekt Red aims to finish The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for current and next-gen platforms. A while ago, the studio also released a new teaser trailer for Cyberpunk 2077. Not only did CD make the trailer to announce the game, but made it to also attract new talent to the studio to help development of the open world, cyberpunk themed RPG.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will release in 2014.
