Tiger Woods Not Part of PGA Tour Roster, Woods Looking for Another Game Deal

The next PGA Tour will not include Tiger Woods. He now begins looking for another video game deal.

EA and Tiger Wood mutually agreed to end their partnership that put Tiger Woods on both the cover and in the name of each PGA Tour release. However, EA did not mention that Tiger Woods would not appear in the newest PGA Tour in any form.

The greatest golfer of all time now continues to look for a partner to negotiate a deal to use Tiger Woods' video game rights.

When speaking with ESPN, Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg, compared Tiger Woods to John Madden of the Madden NFL series, explaining Woods' importance as a video game figure.

PGA Tour will release on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 within the next year. To show the graphical improvements, EA released a screenshot comparing next generation and current console graphics.
