Capcom has just released a new video for Lost Planet 3 and it shows over nine-minutes of gameplay.
It starts by showing us how the game's shooting and cover system work. After that, a few objectives are completed and if that sounds boring to you, there's a boss fight about four-minutes in and it has one giant-ass bug trying its best to squash you.
If that's not enough, our protagonist also hops into a mech and proceeds to fight with the giant Arkid bug that he fought earlier.
In keeping line with Capcom's videos, this trailer does include a spoiler or two. Although with the game's release so far away, chances are you won't even remember any of the stuff you see now.
I'm honestly still not sold on Lost Planet 3 just yet. While the trailer does a good job of making it stand out from the Dead Space franchise Lost Planet 3 seems to mimic, it still looks like your standard third-person cover shooter out in the market now. Personal preferences aside, the game is due out sometime next year, so Capcom has a lot of time to make the game great…which I'm hoping they pull off.
