Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is the first-ever standalone release for the series. It was announced back at PSX 2016 and has since kept everyone’s interest, mostly due to its unique story starring Chloe and Nadine.
Details about the standalone are still scarce, however, thanks to the Game Informer exclusive, fans now have a little more knowledge on the title, including the game’s main antagonist, Asav. The issue GI issue details Asav’s past and present.

In The Lost Legacy, you’ll meet Asav, a barrel-chested insurgent rebel leader who formerly worked for the government. He’s unearthing treasures, artifacts, and murals that are culturally significant to the region, and has several reasons behind his actions. “He has a history with the government, he feels left out in solving the conflicts the government solved at one point and he’s now a lone rebel trying to create war and profit from it.
Interesting side note is that Nadine actually knows Asav and has worked with him in the past. As Game Informer points out via Naughty Dog, the world of thieves are connected. Allowing two opposite people like Sully and Nadine to know each other in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.
