Bethesda has announced the release of Hearthfire DLC for Skyrim on the PC today. The DLC was previously exclusive to the Xbox 360 but is now available to every owner of the game on the PC in English, French, Italian, German and Spanish.
This official add-on allows players to purchase land and build your own home from the ground up—rom a one-room cottage to a sprawling compound complete with an armory, alchemy laboratory, stable, garden, and other rooms. You'll be equipped with all-new tools like a drafting table and a carpenter's workbench to transform quarried stone, clay, and sawn logs into structures and furnishings.
In addition to building the home, you can populate it by adopting children and making it a place for them to live with your spouse.
It's available on Steam for $4.99.
